To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting rooms and venues offer individual controls for climate, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audio-visual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Contemporary, bright and spacious, Regency Ballroom has a large center stage. Delight your audience with a slideshow featuring a milestone montage set up by our audio-visual specialists. Hold the trade show of the year, accommodating 100 8'x10' exhibit booths. The seven salons can be used separately or as one large space. Oversee a training session for 50 in parlor E or throw a lavish banquet for 210 by combining rooms A, B and C. Regency offers a generous outdoor patio, ideal for informal gatherings or a pre-function cocktail hour.
Soft lavender and beech wood walls create a soothing environment in this 100-seat amphitheatre. Comfortable high-back leather chairs, state-of-the-art technology and generous lighting make Round Hill a popular Connecticut meeting venue for lectures and seminars.
Winthrop / Mead
These salons range in size from 650 to 675 square feet and can serve a variety of purposes. Moderate a forum for 32, set up in a hollow-square, in Winthrop A. Combine Mead A, B and C, totaling 1,975 square feet, to host a question and answer session for 170.
At 500 square feet, this room is a great spot for smaller Connecticut meetings. Conduct a board meeting for 16 or arrange a banquet for 32.
Stonington / Sheffield / New London
Facilitate orientation for 13 new employees in New London B. Organize a secretaries’ luncheon for 20 in Stonington. Before lunch, enjoy refreshments on Stonington’s lovely patio. Then, introduce your new management team to business associates at a reception for 85 in Sheffield.
Host an executive meeting for 25 with a hollow square setting. This salon is set amid the atrium lobby and has natural lighting.
Conde's can host everything from a 40-person board of directors meeting to a cocktail hour for 170. The space also has access to the gardens.
Plan a training seminar with crescent rounds for 32 people in this naturally lit space. This lovely Connecticut venue has access to the garden atrium as well.
Riverside / Riverside Foyer
Hold a press conference for up to 100 in Riverside. This meeting venue includes natural lighting for a unique experience. The Riverside Foyer is the perfect gathering spot for 75 - be it a reception or meet and greet.
Cos Cob / Milbrook / Stanwich Boardroom / Belle Haven / Byram Shore
Located in one of the front corners of the hotel, these salons are versatile. They can host events as small as a 12-person board meeting and as large as a reception for 75. The business center is conveniently located just down the hall.
The name says it all. This space, located near the gardens and across from Round Hill, is used exclusively for board meetings and can seat up to 14.
Sun Court Pavilion
This outdoor venue is simultaneously light, airy and sumptuous. Gathered white silk creates a billowy ceiling in this tent, with many Palladian windows. Set up a sound system for dancing. The space, which seats up to 300, can accommodate all of your audio visual and internet needs. Sun Court Pavilion is an impressive venue for special corporate events.
